Tap is an exciting form of dance based on rhythm and sounds made with the feet. With a very different technique to Ballet and Modern , Tap encourages musicality, timing and style whilst using your feet as a percussion instrument!
Tap has become a very popular dance genre giving the chance to be creative and expressive in a completely different way to other forms of dance.
The Weald School of Dance follows the internationally recognised ISTD syllabus.
Classes are available from age five and up and all students are offered the chance to take exams and perform in our whole school show.
