At the Weald School of Dance children can begin dancing age 3 years with our Baby Ballet class.

Yes.
There is a uniform and it is available to order through the school. Once a term, a specialised dance shop visits the school for fittings. We also have a second hand shop to enable parents to sell on or buy outgrown uniform.

Class cost depends on the length of the lesson and the level.

We offer exams in Ballet, Tap and Modern, for all ages.

A number of our pupils have gone on to be successful in the world of dance having gone on to train at professional colleges or at Universities.

Yes.
Once a term we offer the parents an opportunity to come and watch the pupils.
This can be a ‘parents watching day’, the annual school show or end of term demonstrations.

Yes.
We put on a show once a year involving the whole school and it is a great success.

We follow the RAD (Royal Academy of Dance) for ballet and the ISTD (Imperial Society of Teachers of Dance) for Tap and Modern.
